Finding wonderful places on the Back Roads

The first place ran into this morning was Devil's Lake. Much bigger than
the one in Michigan; AND they have the same tale of not finding the bottom
of this one, too. Must have been the same Indians as in Michigan????
Then we came upon a very nice little town that is the geographic center of
North America. Windy and cold...but we got the picture. Never expected to
find this place, Rugby, North Dakot
We then headed north to the Canadian Border into Manitoba; was easy and
interesting. The first town we came to was Bossevain; a very small town,
not a whole lot bigger than Waterloo. I have come to notice graineries
close to railroad tracks as we travel through this farming and cattle
country. I should have been taking pictures all along. It is very
interesting.
