Little Miss Charolette is 2 Years Old!

...And here is the little birthday girl. Cute, huh? She sure had a coy look on her face. But this is how she looked after she started on her GREEN cupcake cake. She was even neat about that....but it's a loosing battle with green icing on a white dress.

She got the most huge barn from mom and daddy....one that David had when he was a kid, and his Grandpa Deihl made it for him. She has every different type of animals....all 2 by 2....just like they were ready for the Arc: cows, longhorns, pigs, chickens, horses, kittens, dogs, etc. And PaPa made the fences for her barnyard. This barn comes complete with a tractor, gravity wagon, disks, hay bailer, etc.....and they all work....tested out many years ago by her daddy.
It's quite a set-up for any kid....and I can just see Daddy and little girl on the floor playing with it.
And here is Jacob with his school project that was just completed last night. It is a shaker style end table for the living room. (to match the mission style furniture already there) He had to do it for a project at school. He does know how to smile....but this was the best that his father could get him to do.
